Holders shape it
Verified holders debate the model, safeguards, voting design, and treatment of the remaining supply.
The next season is ours to choose
Should Quai Pepes begin a staged transition from a founder-led collection to a holder-governed community?
We are opening the conversation—not presenting a finished constitution. Read the idea, connect the wallet that holds your Pepes, and tell us whether it deserves to move forward.
Signing is free and does not grant approvals, move an NFT, spend QUAI, or execute a governance decision.

PROPOSAL 00
The idea, in plain language
Explore forming a holder-governed DAO through DAOShips, using QuaiVault for transparent treasury custody, then move responsibility in careful stages after the community reviews the rules and risks.
Verified holders debate the model, safeguards, voting design, and treatment of the remaining supply.
A small transition group documents assets and permissions, tests every step, and reports publicly.
Only after later approval would eligible control, inventory, and revenue streams move into community governance.
What this page does not decide
DAO settings, voting shares, sale quantities, a burn, signer selection, compensation, and final legal or technical structure all require separate public work.
One wallet, one current signal
Every wallet holding at least one Quai Pepe can submit one signal. Your verified NFT count is recorded to show how much of the collection is represented, but it does not create multiple submissions.

Top five holder questions
No. This is a holder-only temperature check on the direction—not approval of a finished plan. No contract, treasury, intellectual property, or admin access moves because you sign it. Any handoff would require published terms, technical checks, and later community decisions.
Nothing changes because of this signal. Your NFT remains in your wallet under the same collection contract. Connecting verifies ownership; signing submits your opinion without transferring your NFT or spending QUAI.
The idea is a DAO made up of verified Quai Pepe holders, with transparent proposals and a community treasury. Exact voting weights, safeguards, contributor roles, and DAOShips configuration are deliberately not being decided on this page.
It stays where it is while the community evaluates the idea. A later, explicit proposal could choose a limited release schedule, reserve a smaller treasury inventory, burn supply, or combine those options. This temperature check does not authorize any of them.
Potential sources include future NFT sales, royalties where marketplaces support them, and approved collaborations. A community treasury could fund operations, art, ecosystem campaigns, grants, or buybacks—but only under rules and proposals holders can inspect.
